We mean with this both working as part of an international team, as well as doing projects abroad.

Crossing borders to build a design team strengthens the team by bringing in, from anywhere, the best expertise applicable to the project. This goes beyond the design stage with international sourcing of materials common on most projects.

Doing projects abroad widens your field of operation, but will inevitably bring new and unfamiliar issues related to the locale.

Our experience is decidedly international, and we can support your international activities.

  • Identify specific challenges and opportunities related to the international character of the project.

  • Define the extent to which local expertise is required or desired on the team.

  • Set up an international team, organise and lead the team collaboration.

  • Communicate in the local language wherever possible (currently 6 languages at AaLl).
