For the design of Malaysia’s national Bio-Tech Genomics-Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical and Agro- Biotechnology Research Institutes, totaling 95.000m2, the Malaysian Ministry of Science & Technology in a first phase required comprehensive assistance to define the entire project and its integration within the capital’s master-planning.

Responsibilities encompassed extensive consultancy outlining the Design-Brief, Master-planning and Building Program / Specifications as principal liaison between planning-authorities, local and international specialized consultants, research units, laboratory specialists and equipment manufacturers.
